Won't allow me to delete my account. They really don't make it user friendly when it comes to trying to delete your account. Get an error and page won't load when I try to reload the page. Un-installed and reinstalled but same result. Will have to find another way since it seems you can only use the app to delete your account. Also not easy to get to the section to download your data.

I scheduled a ride 2hrs before pickup. The app showed a wrong address for departure. I corrected it. I waited 30 minutes but no show. The app showed the driver went to the destination, and of course I wasn't there! I was charged $20. The company needs to fix their navigation tool to find fern court in grapevine, not default to evergreen, which is a different street and blocks away.

App makes it extremely difficult to get hold of a customer service agent. I need to get a receipt for a ride where the tip was added afterward, so there are two charges. I also disputed the wait time logged by the driver and that should be deleted. Only able to send the original receipt to my email and no way to put a custom request through for an updated receipt.
